| 摘 要： | 探讨了PP333对草坪草高羊茅的生长发育和生理效应的影响.结果表明,适宜浓度的PP333可有效抑制生长,促进须根的发生,提高根冠比;抑制生殖生长,提高根系活力,增加细胞中可溶性糖的含量,提高叶绿素a/b值,增强抗逆能力.

| Abstract: | In response to applied PP333 solution on a optimum concentration of 200 mg/L,plant growth and reproductive development of tall fescue(Festuca elata)were inhibited.Treated with the solution,plant root vigor,the number of fibrous root,root to crown weight ratio,chlorophyll a to b content ratio,soluable sugar level in cells and plant stress resistance ability were all increased. |
