| Abstract: | To determine and protect the drug-loading and release profile of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel prescribed for dairy cow mastitis in vitro.The drug-loading of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The release behavior of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel was studied by basket method,the cumulative release amounts of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine liquid were determined by UV.The loading amounts of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was 21.52%,and RSD was 0.9%.The accumulated release curve equation of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel is y=2.923 9 Ln（x）＋3.258,（r2=0.993）.The ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used to determine the drug-loading and release profile of Compound Chinese Traditional Medicine Gel which is specific and accurate with low quantification limit. |
