| 摘 要： | 研究了竹纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能、热学性能、加工性能,采用电镜扫描分析了复合材料的界面及其微观结构.用多元统计分析中的主成分分析法,合理地确定竹纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料多项性能指标兼优的最佳纤维含量.

| Abstract: | The properties of bamboo′s fiber reinforced polypropylene composite,such as mechanical properties,thermal properties and processing fluidity,were studied. Microstructure of the composite was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The optimum fiber proportion of bamboo′s fiber reinforced polypropylene composite could be analyzed accurately by optimum design method of principal component analysis. |
