| 摘 要： | 民生科技是最贴近人民生活、直接服务于人民的科技。新农村建设民生科技行动的目的是通过发展民生科技,让广大农村居民实现生存环境的改善和生活质量的提高。分析了贵州新农村建设民生科技行动的发展目标、重点任务,进而提出了贵州新农村建设民生科技行动的保障措施。

| Abstract: | The science and technology of livelihood are close to people＇s life and directly serve people. Improving the living environment and increasing the living quality of rural residents are the objective of science and technology action for livelihood in new countryside construction. The development goal and main task of science and technology action for livelihood in new countryside construction in Guizhou are analyzed. The safeguard measures are put forward. |
