| Abstract: | The genetic diversity of four sheep breeds was detected with three microsatellite markers. The allele frequencies, number of alleles, effective number of alleles, genetic heterozygosity were analyzed using POPGENE. The results could provide basic data for the research on germplasm resources of local sheep breeds in our country and scientific basis for the evaluation, conservation and utilization of those breeds. |
