| 摘 要： | 采用喷雾法 ,就瑞香狼毒 (Stellera chameajasme L.)根乙醇提取物 (简称 SCEE)对菜粉蝶 (Pieris rapae L.)的产卵忌避作用以及对卵的孵化率的影响进行了测定。结果表明 ,1. 5 %的 SCEE对菜粉蝶的产卵有较强的忌避率 ,第 1、2、3、5 d的产卵忌避率分别为 77.5 9%、6 4.2 9%、5 2 .46 %、31.2 3% ;1. 5 %的 SCEE对菜粉蝶卵的杀卵作用差 ,7d后的孵化率为 5 6 .41%。 |

| Abstract: | Oviposition deterrent effect and killing egg activity of extract from SCEE (extraction of root of Stellera chameajasme with ethanol by dip) against Pieris rapae L. were tested by spray method. The results showed that SCEE possessed strong oviposition deterrent effect and weak killing egg activity against Pieris rapae L..The rates of oviposition deterrent of 1.5%SCEE were 77.59%, 64.29%, 52.46%, and 31.23% in 1 d、2 d、3 d and 5 d respectively, the hatching rate of 1.5% SCEE was 56.41% in 7d. |
