| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者预后与血清尿酸(UA)水平的关系。方法观察238例急性缺血性脑卒中患者入院时的血清UA水平,同时测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、空腹血糖(FGB)等水平,并根据患者治疗4周时神经功能缺损评分进行疗效评定。结果急性缺血性脑卒中患者UA升高发生率为26.47%,UA升高患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分为(13.68±5.77),病死率为11.11%,均明显高于UA正常患者(10.34±7.67,4.00%)(P<0.01或0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清UA水平升高提示预后不良,须引起重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between prognosis and serum uric acid(UA) level in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Serum levels of UA,total cholesterol,triglycerides,urea nitrogen and glucose in 238 patients with AIS were determined on admission.Therapeutic effect was evaluated by modified Edinburgh-Scandina stroke scale(MESSS) after 4-week treatment.Results The increase of serum UA content occurred in 63 cases(26.47%).The neurologic impairment scores and mortality in patients with high UA level were superior to those in patients with normal UA level(P<0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion High serum UA level is suggestive of the poor prognosis in patients with AIS. |
