| Abstract: | The article posed an E-resource development project for China-Japan Friendship Library based on an analysis of the status quo of the foreign journals and databases in the library, several foreign E-journal fulltext databases, and the expanding rate and coverage rate of the foreign E-journal fulltext databases to the library's foreign journals. |
