麦角甾醇对酿酒酵母乙醇产率和耐受性的作用

摘    要:研究了培养基中添加不同浓度的麦角甾醇对酿酒酵母生长、乙醇生产和乙醇耐受性的影响。麦角甾醇添加浓度依次为0(对照组)、10、20、30、40和50mgL-1。结果显示,添加20和30mgL-1的麦角甾醇能较快的促进细胞的生长,是对照组生长速率的1.06和1.15倍;当麦角甾醇浓度为20、30和40mgL-1时,与未添加麦角甾醇组相比,乙醇产量提高了10.1%~23.5%;然而,在整个实验过程中观察到麦角甾醇在对乙醇耐受性方面的作用不显著。通过此次单因子实验,麦角甾醇在发酵培养基中的推荐剂量为20~30mgL-1。

Abstract:The role of ergosterol addition on cell growth, ethanol production and ethanol tolerance in ethanol-producing Saccharomyces cerevisiae was studied. In the fermentation medium the ergosterol dosage levels were 0 (control), 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 mg L-1, respectively. The results showed that the addition of 20 or 30 mg·L-1 ergosterol promoted the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae by 6 % and 15 %, respectively. When 20, 30 or 40 mg·L-1 of ergosterol was supplemented, the ethanol production enhanced by 10.1%~23.5 % compared with the control. There is no significant help on ethanol tolerance regardless of the existence of ergosterol.The recommendatory optimal ergosterol concentration is between 20~30 mg·L-1.
