| 摘 要： | 铁皮石斛组培苗规模化栽培成功的关键环节即其驯化问题。研究表明,通过采用高架种植畦采驯化铁皮石斛组培苗,从驯化前的准备工作、驯化季节和方法、驯化管理、驯化苗的移栽4个方面进行操作管理,可以获得95%以上的成活率。

| Abstract: | The key factor that affects the successful transplanting of Dendrobium candidum plantlets was the process of acclimatization. The research showed that the transplanting survival rate could reached up to 95% when Dendrobium candidum plantlets acclimatized in overhead seedling beds, with elaborate managements during one-by-one steps of acclimatizing, such as preparation before acclimatizing, the methods and season of acclimatization, the managements of plantlets and the transplanting of acclimatized plantlets. |
