摘    要:以在高海拔地区进行育性转换彻底性鉴定为特点,通过诱变、花药组织培养育成超低临界温度温敏型水稻不育系。实现了花粉育性双向彻底转换——在制种基地“终年不育”,同时在繁殖基地像常规稻一样自交结实。

Abstract:With fundamental fertility transformation identification in high altitude as characteristic and by means of induction and pollen tissue culture, the breeding of extreme low critical temperature thermo-sensitive genic male sterile has fundamentally realized two-way pollen fertility transformation. It is always sterile in production bases, yet self fertile and yield seed like conventional rice in multiplication bases.
