| 摘 要： | 本文作者建立了一个计算高校基尼系数的模型，利用此模型对山西农业大学１９９２年６５７名知识分子月工资收入情况进行了数据分析，说明了该校在工资分配中存在着平均主义的倾向，为工资制度的改革提供了重要的理论依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors give the mathematical model to compute GI NI coefficent of universities.Making use of model, the authors make the mathematical analysis about the wage distribution of 657 teacher in Shanxi Agrecultural University. The result of the analysis shows that there is the trend of equalitarianism in the wage distribution in the university. The paper provides important theoretic evidences for the reform of the wage system. |
