| 摘 要： | 长期以来，杂交水稻的米质改良是水稻育种的难点和热点问题之一。1989年，湖南杂交水稻研究中心提出杂交香稻理论与技术，并育成我国首个优质杂交香稻不育系湘香2号A和优质杂交香稻组合香优63。20多年来，我国已育成推广10多个香稻不育系和40多个杂交香稻组合，国外尤其是国际水稻研究所和印度农科院也育成系列杂交香稻组合，在水稻香味性状的遗传表达和分子生物技术育种方面取得重要研究成果。杂交香稻的推广和应用丰富了杂交稻的理论与实践。文章通过对杂交香稻品种的选育、香味性状的遗传表达、生物技术改良等研究进展进行综述概括，以期为今后的深入研究提供参考。 |
