摘    要:分析了我国热带果蔬加工和贮藏技术现状,从技术层面概述了热带果蔬加工与贮藏环节可能存在影响产品质量安全的因素,提出了消除影响热带果蔬产品质量安全因素的措施。

Abstract:his paper describes the status of tropic fruits and vegetables processing and storage technology, analysis the tropic fruits and vegetables processing and storage areas may affect product quality and safety problem based on the technical aspects, proposed measures that are eliminating the effects of tropic fruits and vegetables product quality and safety factors in the areas of processing and storage.
