摘    要:以新疆当地品种库尔勒香梨果实为对照,从果实感官品质、硬度、好果率、可溶性固形物含量等方面研究从内地引进新疆的15个优良梨品种果实的贮藏性。结果表明,在温度-1.5~-0.5℃、湿度90%~95%条件下,黄冠等9个品种的梨果实不宜较长时间贮藏;玉露香等6个品种较耐贮藏,可贮藏8个月左右。

Abstract:The mature fruits of 15 excellent pear varieties introduced from other provinces of China and local Kolar fragrant pear were together stored at-1.5~-0.5 ℃ and 85%~90% relative humidity.The sensory quality,hardness,good fruit rate and soluble solids content of the fruits were measured respectively.The results showed that,9 varieties including Yellow Crown etc were not resistant to the storage and should be timely marketed whereas the other 6 varieties including Jade Dew Fragrant etc were relatively resistant to the storage and could be stored for 8 months.
