武陵山片区中药材规范化栽培(GAP)现状及生物医药产业发展对策

通过对武陵山片区中药材GAP认证与生物医药产业的研究,提出了相应的发展对策,并建议:(1)加强中药材GAP种植基地建设;(2)加强GAP、GMP、GSP 3种国家药品认证;(3)重点建设国家地理标志中药材的GAP生产基地;(4)加强扶贫攻坚规划中药材基地的GAP认证;(5)保护与传承中药文化遗产;(6)加快中药材品牌化建设步伐;(7)发展少数民族医药与国家地理标志中药材的生物医药产业。

Current Situation of Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) for Chinese Crude Drugs and Countermeasures of Biological Medicine Industry Development in Wuling Mountainous Area

This article studied the certification of good agricultural practice(GAP) for Chinese crude drugs and biological medicine industry in Wuling mountainous area,and proposed the corresponding developmental countermeasures.It was recommended that:(1) to strengthen the cultivation base construction of GAP for Chinese crude drugs;(2) to strengthen the certification of GAP,GMP and GSP for national drugs;(3) to focus on the base construction of GAP for Chinese crude drugs with national geographical indication;(4) to strengthen the GAP certification of Chinese crude drug base in the poverty alleviation plan area;(5) to protect and inherit the cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine;(6) to accelerate the brand construction of Chinese crude drugs;(7) to develop the minority medicine and the biological medicine industry of Chinese crude drugs with national geographical indication.
