| 摘 要： | 畜禽的重要经济性状大多由主效基因或QTLs与微效多基因联合控制，因而主效基因和QTLs在畜禽超高产育种中就显得特别重要。本文综述了主效基因和QTLs的遗传特征，检测定位方法及已取得的部分研究成果，并对连锁分析方法的优缺点进行评述。

| Abstract: | It has been demonstrated that most of the important economical traits in animal were controlled by major genes or QTLs and minor polygenes , thus the major genes and QTLs are very important in animal breeding for high production. In this paper , the genetic traits of major gene and QTLs and their detecting methods and the present research results were reviewed, finally the methods of linkage analysis was also discussed. |
