桑褐斑病菌生物学特性研究

摘    要:桑褐斑病菌容易在人工培养基上生长,其生长温度范围为8~31℃,最适生长温度为25℃左右;分生孢子需在水滴中发芽,24℃经24h能全部发芽;病程主配温度有关,该菌能以分生孢子(厚垣孢子)形态越冬,成为第二年初次侵染的主要来源。

Abstract:A pathogen,Septogloeum mori Briosi et Cavara,which can cause a brown leaf spotdisease of mulberry tree grows easily on a artifical medium.The growth temperature ofthis fungus is at a range of 8-31℃ and its optimum growth temperature is about 25℃.The conidiospore could germinate only in weater drops and all germinated at 24℃ for24h.They were found that the disease process was mainly relative to temperature and the fungus could overwinter in the morphology of the chlamydospore,which could be-come the main and original cause of disease of the next year.
