| 摘 要： | 通过对四倍体刺槐嫩枝插穗扦插前和扦插后的切片观察,结果表明:(1)在插穗的切口处有愈伤组织,在愈伤组织内未发现产生根原基;(2)四倍体刺槐嫩枝茎内无潜伏根原基,不定根由诱生根原基发育形成,诱生根原基源于髓射线细胞的分裂和分化。

| Abstract: | Through the segment observation before and after cutting the twig cutting of Robinia pseudoacacial(4n),the results showed: there are wound callus in the cutting slit,but find no root primordium in the wound calls;there are also no latent root primordium in the stem of Robinia pseudoacacial(4n) twig,adventitious root is formed by mutagenic root primordium growth,which sourced the fission and division of the medullar-ray cell. |
