中牟大蒜标准化生产施肥技术配方研究

摘    要:通过大田试验,探索了不同施肥配方对标准化生产中牟大蒜品质、产量及增产效益的研究。结果表明,以施用钾肥为中心的平衡施肥技术能有效增加大蒜蒜头中Vc、大蒜素、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量,改善大蒜的内在品质。施钾肥后各处理与对照(N2K0)相比,鲜蒜头增产4.66%~29.18%,蒜薹增产2.57%~33.07%,经济收入增加2057.08~8709.65元/hm2。综合当前生产水平及效益分析,试验得出中牟地区大蒜平衡施肥方案为N2K2——N 375 kg/hm2、P2O5 90 kg/hm2、K2O 150 kg/hm2

A Study on the Fertilization Formula of Standardization Produce of Garlic
Abstract:The effects of different fertilization formula on standardization produce of garlic’s yield, quality and benefit of increasing production were studied by field experiment. The results showed that the balanced fertilization, which centered with potassium application, could efficiently increase the content of vitamin C and allicin and soluble sugar and soluble protein in garlic bulb and improve the inner quality. After applying potassium fertilizer. The yields of garlic bulb and garlic bolts were respectively increased by 4.66%-29.18% and 2.57%- 33.07% and the economic income was increased by 2057.08- 8709.65 yuan/hm2 compared with CK. Comprehensive analysis of the present production level and economic income. The test obtained that the balanced fertilization program of Zhongmou was the treatment of N2K2: N 375 kg/hm2, P2O5 90 kg/hm2, K2O 150 kg/hm2
