摘    要:生物防治是植物病害防治的重要手段之一,为了研究生物防治措施在小麦种子贮藏中的应用,试验以生防枯草芽孢杆菌JGA2(-5)27-2为研究对象,对其作为活体菌剂在小麦种子贮藏中的应用进行了初探。生防枯草芽孢杆菌JGA2(-5)27-2能产生植物激素细胞分裂素,并具有较广的真菌病害抗菌谱。小麦发芽试验表明,其作为活体菌剂处理小麦后发芽率提高了10.0%。模拟小麦种子吸湿回潮受真菌侵染的试验显示,活体菌剂处理过的小麦种子受侵染的程度低于对照。试验证明:利用生防菌株JGA2(-5)27-2作为活体菌剂在小麦种子贮藏中的应用具有一定的应用价值。

A Bacillus subtilis Strain Utilization as Living Prearation Agent in Wheat Seed Storage
Abstract:Biological control is an important way of prevention of plant pathology. In order to study the appliaction of biological control measures in the process of wheat seed storage, the biocontrol Bacillus subtilis strain JGA2(-5)27-2 was used through this researching to study the characteristic as living preparation agent. B. subtilis strain JGA2(-5)27-2 not only had the ability to produce plant hormones cytokinins, but also had a wide spectrum of anti pathogenic fungi. Results of wheat germination test showed that the living preparation agent of B. subtilis strain JGA2(-5)27-2 had increased the wheat germination rate by 10.0% compared with CK treatment. Fungal infection test also showed that the living preparation agent of B. subtilis strain JGA2(-5)27-2 had the ability to prevent fungal infection in some extent. So the living preparation agent of B. subtilis strain JGA2(-5)27-2 has the potential to be used in the seed storage.
