摘    要:为了深入了解硒对植物抗寒性的影响,归纳了植物对硒的吸收以及硒对植物的生理效应;总结了低温胁迫影响植物的活性氧代谢、降低植物的光合作用和呼吸作用的现象;分析了低温胁迫下,硒可以通过提高植物体中叶绿素、脯氨酸的含量,降低丙二醛含量以及调节活性氧水平减轻低温对植物的伤害。指出了硒对保护酶活性影响的具体作用机理、硒与植物低温抗性关系以及硒调节植物叶绿体中的氧化应激反应来减轻低温伤害的机制将是今后研究的重点。

Abstract:The aim was to understand the effects of selenium on plants under cold stress more. The absorption of plants to selenium and the physiological effects of selenium on plants were concluded; cold stress could affect active oxygen metabolism, and reduce photosynthesis and respiration. Selenium could increase the contents of chlorophyll and proline, and reduce the malondialdehyde content; selenium could alleviate the cold damage by regulating the levels of active oxygen species. It pointed out that the mechanism of effects of selenium on antioxidant enzyme activities, the relationship between selenium and the resistance of plants to low temperature, the metabolism of selenium by regulating the oxidative stress in chloroplasts to alleviate chilling damage would be the focus of future research.
