中国人均食物热值构成变化趋势

摘    要:通过对美国、日本、中国(香港和台湾的资料另行统计)、中国香港特别行政区(以下简称香港)和新加坡的人均国内生产总值(GDP)与食物热值构成变化情况比较,分析了中国未来人均食物热值构成的变化趋势,指出:随着人均GDP的增长,中国人均食物热值摄入总量以及人均动物食品热值摄入比重都将有较大的增长,而人均谷物食品热值摄入比重逐渐下降。尽管食物热值构成变化取决于人均GDP的增长速度和水平,但中国的人均食物热值

Trend of Chinese daily energy intake
Abstract:Chinese calorie intake pattern is projected based on the comparisons of per capita GDP and calorie intake patterns among USA, Japan, mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Some changes may occur as follows: more calories, higher proportion from animal products and lower proportion from starchy staples following the increase of per capita GDP. Although calorie intake pattern depends on the level of per capita GDP, Chinese people in mainland may not follow Westerners, Hongkongese and Sincaporese even if they have the same GDP. Relatively higher calorie intake, higher proportion from starchy staples and appropriate proportion from animal products will be reasonable choice for Chinese people.
