小麦化学杀雄技术的研究

摘    要:本文主要报导应用国产乙烯利、均三嗪二酮进行小麦化学杀雄技术的研究、并对二种药剂就其喷药时期、药剂浓度、不同品种对药剂的反应以及雌蕊活性和异交结实率等几个方面作了比较、分析。结果表明、(1)乙烯利杀雄适期短、喷药应严格掌握在花粉母细胞减数分裂期前后进行;均三嗪二酮的杀雄作用较强、可持续到孕穗期。(2)药剂的最适宜浓度一般在4000~5000ppm 之间。(3)各品种对乙烯利表现出敏感与迟钝的不同反应;而对均三嗪二酮的反应则不明显.(4)在保持小麦雌蕊活性与异交结实能力方面、均三嗪二酮则逊于乙烯利。
