| Abstract: | According to the functional positioning of these five functional areas and their local conditions, the present thesis explores the prob- lem of how to highlight its own distinctiveness in regional development in the process of promoting the construction of the five functional areas comprehensively mainly from four aspects--power adjustment, market forces, supervision and assessment and cooperation. |
