基于SWOT分析的福建省高职院校就业工作现状及对策

运用SWOT分析法，分析福建省高职院校毕业生所面临的竞争优势、竞争劣势、机会和威胁，根据高职学生就业现状和存在的问题提出相应的对策。高职院校的就业工作需要抓好学生的就业教育，提升就业指导服务水平，建立长效的就业机制和就业体系，切实解决高职教育的出口问题，促进高职教育进入良性循环。

On the Employment Status and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province Using SWOT

Using SWOT method to analyze the situation that graduates faced in Fujian province, the competitive advantage, competitive weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Put forward the corresponding counter measures according to higher vocational students＇ enployment situation and existing problems.
