大豆连作微量元素营养障碍与调控效果研究

摘    要:采用盆栽与田间试验及室内分析相结合物方法,研究了大豆连作胁迫下土壤与植株中微理元素的营养障碍及调控效果。结果表明:大豆连作播前土壤有效态微量元素钼,硼的含量低于轮作大豆(正茬),锌,锰,铁,铜含量的变化在不同年限规律不一致;不同生育时期各连作年限土壤有效钼,锌,锰 ,铁,铜的变化趋势和植株钼,锌,锰,铁,铜的积累特征一正茬相似,但土壤有效钼的含量低于正茬,土壤有效锌,锰,铁,铜的含量总体高于正茬;

Abstract:The nutrition barriers and regulating effects of micro element in soil and plant under stress caused by continuous cropping soybean were investigated by pot experiment , field experiment and chemical analysis The results indicated that the content of available Mo , B in pre sowing soil of continuous cropping were lower than that of rotation The fluctuation law of the content of Zn , Fe , Mn , Cu was inconsistent in different years The fluctuation trend of available Mo , Zn , Mn , Cu in the soil and their accumulative characters in the plant of different continuous cropping were similar with those of rotation in different growth stages However , the content of available Mo of continuous cropping was lower than that of rotation and the content of available Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu of continuous cropping was totally higher than that of rotation in soil The content of the uptake and accumulation of Mo, Zn, Mn, Cu in plant of continuous cropping was lower than that of rotation and the difference was significant at some growth stages
