摘    要:以文冠果种子为试验材料,采用低温(-18℃)雪藏90d、低温(0℃-5℃)沙藏90d和热水浸种(始温80℃)120h三种方法处理种子,然后在15℃-25℃条件下增温催芽10d,在25℃沙床上进行发芽观测,结果表明:三种方法处理的种子发芽率分别为79%、77%和39%,差异极其显著。以低温雪藏处理的发芽效果最好,低温沙藏次之,热水浸种效果最差、不宜采用。

Effects of different pregermination method on Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge seeds

Abstract:Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seeds were taken as experimental materials, three methods was adopted to deal with the seeds: low temperature( - 18℃ ) snow storage for 90 d, low temperatures(0℃ - 5℃ ) sand storage for 90 d and soaking of seeds with hot - water for 120 h( the beginning temperature was 80 ℃ ), after that, warmed the seed to accelerating germination for 10 d under the condition of 15 ℃ - 25 ℃, and germina- tion observation was proceed on the sand bed with 25 ℃, the results indicated that germination percentage of seeds of three methods were 79% ,77% and 39% ,respectively, and the differences were extremely significant. The best germination effect was low temperature snow storage, low temperatures sand storage took second place, and soaking of seeds with hot - water had the worst effect, so the method should not be adopted.
