| 摘 要： | 对三峡库区迁建城市住区环境景观的规划与建设状况及存在的问题进行了分析,指出良好的居住环境对于满足移民安居需求、促进社会和谐有着重要意义,并从"以人为本,以地为先"设计理念出发,通过设计实例,对建构新区景观文化的方法与对策进行了探讨与研究,试图通过这种研究,进一步促进库区迁建城市整体人居环境的建设与完善。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the situation and problem about the relocation urban settlement environmental landscape planning and construction in the Three Gorges Reservoir,the author thought good living environment to meet immigrants' demand and to promote social harmony was of great significance.And from the design philosophy"Human is centre and Ground is the first",the methods and countermeasures of the construction of landscape cultures in new areas were discussed and researched through the design examples.At last the construction and the consummation of the overall living environment in relocating cities were studied. |
