牛乳中硝基苯污染的气相色谱检测

摘    要:试验用苯做萃取剂提取硝基苯,气相色谱法检测牛乳中的硝基苯。气相色谱条件:色谱柱,DB-23柱;分流比,40:1;流速,2.0 mL·min-1;进样口温度,230℃;检测器温度,250℃;程序升温,100~220℃,10℃·min-1;载气,氢气。结果表明,该方法能够准确地对牛乳中的硝基苯进行定性和定量检测。

Abstract:In this experiment,benzene was used to extract nitrobenzene from milk,and detected with vapor phase chromatography.Chromatographic condition was as follows: chromatographic column was DB-23 column,split ratio was 40:1,flow rate was 2.0 mL·min-1,injection mouth temperature was 230 ℃,detector temperature was 250 ℃,from 100 to 220 ℃,temperature programming by 10 ℃·min-1.Carrier gas was hydrogen.The result indicates that the method can be used to detect nitrobenzene in milk exactly.
