修购专项实施成效分析

2006年财政部正式立项设立中央级科学事业单位修缮购置专项资金项目以来,到2011年底兰州畜牧与兽药研究所共获得修购专项支持项目17项,总经费5286万元。修购专项的实施使该所的基础设施和科研条件得到了极大的改善,科研能力得到显著提升。依托修购项目支持获得国家和省、部级科技成果9项,获得重大科研项目立项14项,形成研发机构8个。修购专项的实施,为该所的快速发展奠定了坚实的基础。

THE IMPLEMENTATION EFFECT OF THE SPECIAL FUNDS OF RENOVATION AND PURCHASE IN LANZHOU INSTITUTE OF ANIMAL AND VETERINARY PHARMACEUTICS SCIENCE OF CHINESE ACADEMY OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE

Since 2006,the ministry of finance set up the special funds of renovation and purchase in central-level scientific institutions, the special funds of renovation and purchase in LanZhou institute of Animal and Veterinary Pharmaceutics Science was 5.286×10^7yuan by the end of 2011,a total of 17projects were supported. The implementation of the special funds of renovation significantly improved the infrastructure, scientific research condition and the scientific research ability of the institute. The institute has awarded achievements 7projects in science and technology of the National, Ministry or Provincial, 14projects of Major Scientific Projects were approved and 8research institutions were establishment based on the support of special funds of renovation and purchase . The implementation of the special funds of renovation and purchase lay a foundation of the rapid development of the institute.
