| 摘 要： | 目的]寻找3种观赏凤梨花蕾组织培养的适宜培养基，建立组培快繁体系。方法]以3种观赏风梨的花蕾作为外植体进行组织培养，找出合适的诱导培养基、增殖培养基和生根培养基。结果]确定3种观赏风梨花蕾的最佳诱导培养基为MS＋6-BA 3.0mg／L＋ZT 1.5mg/L＋NAA 0.5mg／L，增殖的适宜培养基为MS＋6-BA 1.0mg／L＋NAA 0.1mg／L，生根的适宜培养基是1／2MS＋IBA 0.3mg／L＋NAA 0.2mg／L＋活性炭O．5g／L。结论]以观赏凤梨花蕾为外植体的组培过程无褐化现象产生，且伤害母株程度小，污染率低。该研究结果为生产企业的大规模种苗生产提供了强有力的技术支持。
