| Abstract: | The importance of the design quality on food engineering professionals and the present problems of developing model are dicussed in this paper.Through some aspects such as course offering,faculty reconstruction,teaching methods,the guidance of design theory,practice teaching,the methods of improving the design quality of food professionals are explored. |
