超级稻新品种淮稻11号的选育及高产栽培技术

摘    要:目的]为徐淮地区优质水稻新品种的选育和生产利用提供技术支持。方法]供试种子参加了2004~2007年江苏省中熟中粳稻预备试验和区域试验及迟熟中粳稻生产试验。结果]徐淮11号在预备试验中的平均产量为9375.0kg/hm2;在区域试验中的平均产量为8682.0kg/hm2;在迟熟中粳稻生产试验中的平均产量为9439.5kg/hm2。淮稻11号在大面积示范试种中的一般产量为9750.0kg/hm2。淮稻11号分蘖成穗率和颖花分化能力均较高,有效穗数为285万穗/hm2,每穗实粒数为120~130粒,千粒重高达28.0~29.0g,结实率为90.0%。淮稻11号的糙米率为84.3%,整精米率为72.0%,垩白率为10.0%,垩白度为1.0%,碱消值为7.0,直链淀粉含量为18.4%,胶稠度为76mm,透明度为2级,综合品质评价达国标2级优质米标准。结论]该试验成功选育出了超级稻新品种淮稻11号并为其推广种植提供了技术指导。

Breeding and High-yield Cultivation Technique of New Super Rice Variety Huaidao 11

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to supply technical support for breeding and productive utilization of high-quality new rice variety for Xuhuai district. Method] The tested seeds were used for the preparative test and regional test on midium maturing and medium japonica rice and productive test on late maturing and midium japonica rice of Jiangsu Province in 2004~2007. Result] The mean yield of Xuhuai 11 in preparative test was 9 375.0 kg/hm2,its mean yield in regional test was 8 682.0 kg/hm2 and its mean yield in productive test on late maturing and midium japonica rice was 9 439.5 kg/hm2. Its general yield in demonstrative cultivation test in large area was 9 750.0 kg/hm2. Its tillering and ear forming rate and differentiaton ability of glumous flower were higher,its available ear number was 285×104 ears/hm2,its full grain number per ear was 120-130 grains,its 1 000-seed weight was up to 28.0-29.0 g and its seed setting rate was about 90%. Its hulled rice rate was 84.3%,its whole and fine rice rate was 72.0%,its chalky rate was 10.0%,its chalky degree was 1.0%,its alkali degistion value was 7.0,its amylose content was 18.4%,its gel thickness was 76 mm,its transparency was at grade 2 and its comprehensive quality evaluation reached the national standard at grade 2 of high-quality rice. Conclusion] In this experiment,the new super rice variety Huaidao 11 was bred out successfully and provided technical guidance for its popularization and cultivation.
