草业产值统计指标与方法及其初步核算——以内蒙古锡林浩特市为例

在现有国民经济统计核算体系中对农业和畜牧业的定义标准和核算方法的基础上,对草业总产值和草业增加值进行了界定,并确定了草业产值核算指标和方法。利用实地调查数据,结合锡林浩特市的已有统计数据,对锡林浩特市的草业总产值和草业增加值进行了核算。结果显示:2013年锡林浩特市草业增加值为13.5亿元,包括饲草生产加工、草地放牧、草种生产加工、医疗保健原料、食品原料、文体活动与观光旅游及草业服务等7个方面;占地区生产总值的6.54%。草业增加值中比重最大的是放牧增加值,其次是文化旅游增加值和饲草增加值,3项占到草业增加值的96.16%,说明目前锡林浩特市草业增长方式总体上较为粗放。

Statistical indicators,methods and preliminary accounting of prataculture output value——A case study in Xilinhot,Inner Mongolia

Based on the definition and standards of agriculture and animal husbandry in the existing statistical accounting system of national economy,we defined output value and added value of prataculture and determined the prataculture output value accounting indicators and methods.By using the field survey data and the existing statistics data of Xilinhot in Inner Mongolia,the output value and the added value of prataculture were calculated.The results showed that grassland production included forage output value,grazing output value,health care use,food,raw materials output value and entertainment,tourism and service industry output value,and so on.The added value of prataculture in Xilinhot was 1.35 billion yuan,which accounts for about 6.54％ of the total value of prataculture.The largest part of prataculture added value is the added value of grazing,the second is the added value of culture and tourism,and next is the forage added value.These three parts account for about 96.16 ％ of the added value of prataculture.According to these results,we concluded that the growth mode of prataculture in Xilinhot is relatively extensive.
