新型粳稻光温敏核质互作不育系(SA)在海南的繁殖特性研究

摘    要:
光温敏核质互作不育系(SA)是聚合BT型核质互作雄性不育系和光温敏核雄性不育系的不育基因选育而成的新型不育系,这种不育系不育性更完全、更稳定。因这种新型不育系在繁殖上具有一定的特点,为深入了解其繁殖特性,从而给生产上的利用提供依据。本文以选育的2310SA为材料,连续两年在海南春季进行了繁殖试验,从其生育特性及抽穗、开花特性及“九二0”的喷施效应等方面作了全面的调查。结果表明,2310SA在海南繁殖是可行的。在合适的条件下,其异交结实率可达40%以上,折合理论繁殖产量为2.23t/hm2。 2310SA在海南繁殖,与保持系2310S的播始历期、抽穗和开花特性一致。每公顷喷施75g“九二0”时,2310SA株高即显著增高,但施用不同量“九二0”,即每公顷喷施0、75、150、225、300和375g“九二0”时,其异交结实率未见明显变化趋势。据此对2310SA在海南春季的高产繁殖技术进行了讨论。

Abstract:
The new type of male sterile SA line was demonstrated to have more complete and stable male sterility and have specific multiplication character from other type of male sterile line.In order to offer help for its application,the multiplication trials of 2310SA was carried out during two successive spring season in hainan.The results indicated that it was feasible to multiply the seeds of 2310SA japonica line in hainan.The multiplication yields of existing 2310SA were 2.23 t/hm 2 with outcrossing rate of 40% under desirable conditions.Some identical multiplication characteristics were observed such as the days from the sowing to heading initiation,characteristics of heading and flowering between 2310SA and its maintainer line,2310S.Spraying a small number of GA 3,lower than 75 g per hectare,the plant height of 2310SA increased significantly.There was no significant effect of different dosages of GA 3,0 g,75 g,150 g,225 g,300 g,375 g per hectare,on outcrossing rate of 2310SA.Base on the experimental results,the multiplication technique and suited conditions of 2310SA for the high yield were further discussed.
