水芹种子贮藏初步研究

摘    要:通过水芹种子贮藏试验研究结果表明,采用低温硅胶或石灰贮藏种子效果较好;不经过干燥处理的种子在室温条件下不宜贮藏;含水量在4.5%左右的种子贮存2~3 a后,其发芽率在40%以上;相同含水量的种子低温贮藏的效果明显好于室温贮藏.

Abstract:The effect of seeds storage with silicone or lime under low temperature was better than normal.The seeds which were not treated for decreased water content were not suit for storage in normal temperature.The germination was about 40% when the seeds with 4.5% water content were storaged for 2-3 a.The storaging effect of seeds with same water content in low temperature was better than that in mormal.
