节节麦的核型和C-带带型分析

摘    要:运用C-分带技术对节节麦的核型和C-带带型进行的研究表明,节节麦的染色体组的C-带带型和小麦D组染色体的带型很相似,表明这两组染色体具有较强的同源性,小麦的D组染色体的供体很可能就是节节麦。

Abstract:The karyotype and chromosomal C banding pattern of Triticum tauschill (DD) was analyzed to establish the homogeneity between genome of Triticum tauschill (DD) and D genome of hexaploid wheat The results showed that the chromosomal C banding pattern of Triticum tauschii (DD) is similar to that of D genome of hexaploid wheat and that Triticum tauschii (DD) might be D genome progenitor of common wheat
