高热清口服液制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优化高热清口服液的制备工艺。方法:采用正交设计法研究水提取的最佳条件,比较3种醇沉浓度(50%、60%、75%)对高热清口服液中黄芩苷含量的影响;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果:以10倍量水,浸泡0.5h,提取3次,每次提取1.5h时,水提液中黄芩苷含量最高;3种醇沉浓度的黄芩苷含量无显著性差异(P0.05),以50%醇沉浓度时成本最低。根据最佳工艺路线制备高热清口服液,3批成品的黄芩苷含量无显著性差异(P0.05),薄层鉴别与pH值检查均符合质量标准规定。结论:采用正交试验设计以黄芩苷的含量做为评价指标,是筛选其不同制备工艺的有效方法。按照最佳工艺路线制备的高热清口服液成品质量可控、稳定性良好。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the preparaing process for Gaoreqing oral liquid. Methods: The water extraction process was optimized by orthogonal design. The effects of 3 ethanol sedimentation concentrations(50%, 60% and 75%)on the yield of Baicalin were compared. The contents of Baicalin was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.
