胡萝卜雄性不育系及主要经济性状的遗传

利用胡萝卜雄性不育系配制43个杂交组合,对其花型、根重、根长和根色等进行了调查分析。结果表明,胡萝卜正常花有3种类型,雄性不育花有4种类型,各不育系的遗传表现不同：单根重,根粗、根长性状在遗传中表现出较高比率的超高亲现象,根的颜色中黄心对于红心属于显性状遗传,且具有积极加效应。

Male-sterile Lines and Inheritance of Main Economic Characteristics of Carrot

Five male sterile line carrots and fourteen varieties or self cross lines of fertile carrots were used to make forty three hybrid combinations.Phenotypes of flowers and roots were investigated and analyzed.Most of the F 1 hybrids showed transgressive inheritance in weight,length,and width of single root.The yellow pith was dominant to the red and had additive effect.The phenotypes of three fertile flowers and four male sterile flowers were described in this paper.
