摘    要:以石斛内生真菌菌丝体为诱导子,在不同浓度下对金钗石斛进行诱导,测定不同浓度诱导子对金钗石斛植物体内SOD、POD、PAL酶活性等生化指标。结果:不同内生真菌菌丝体对植物生理效应不同,菌株A菌丝体随着浓度的增大SOD活性逐渐增大,出现一个最大值,随后逐渐下降,POD、PAL随着菌丝体浓度的增大则逐渐减小;菌株B菌丝体随着浓度的增大SOD活性则逐渐减小,POD、PAL逐渐增大,出现一个最大值,随后逐渐下降;菌株C菌丝体随着浓度的增大SOD、POD活性逐渐增大,出现一个最大值,随后逐渐下降,PAL随着菌丝体浓度的增大则逐渐增大。研究表明,不同类型不同浓度诱导子对植物体内酶生理生化代谢产生不同影响。

Abstract:Three endotrophic mycelia were tested under the different concentration to determine the activity of SOD,POD and PAL in Dendrobium nobile.The results showed that the different endotrophic mycelia had different physiological effects on Dendrobium nobile.The SOD activity of A strain raises with the increase of its endotrophic mycelia concentration and is up to the peak and then reduces gradually,and the POD and PAL activity gradually reduces with the increase of its endotrophic mycelia concentration.The SOD activity of B strain reduces gradually with the increase of its endotrophic mycelia concentration and the POD and PAL activity raises with the increase of its endotrophic mycelia concentration and is up to the peak and then reduces gradually. The SOD and POD activity of C strain raises with the increase of its endotrophic mycelia concentration and is up to the peak and then reduces gradually,and the PAL activity raises with increase of its endotrophic mycelia concentration.
