| 摘 要： | 根据对土地资源的自然、社会、经济属性的分析认为,土地利用过程可以分为可持续利用与不可持续利用两个阶段;土地资源可持续利用与不可持续利用之间的转变、区域上的差别受自然、社会、经济等多种因素不同程度与不同方式的影响;土地资源可持续利用评价可以分为土地利用类型可持续利用评价和区域土地资源可持续利用评价,后者实际上是区域社会经济可持续发展的反映。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the analyzing about natural, social and economic characteristic of land resources, land utilization could be divided into two stages: sustainable stage and unsustainable stage. The change between sustainable stage and unsustainable stage, the difference of land resources sustainable ability among different regions are affected by many elements such as natural, social and economic in different ways and on different extent. Evaluation on sustainable utilization of land resources should be divided into two types: typological evaluation of land resources sustainable utilization and regional evaluation of land resource sustainable utilization, in some ways, regional evaluation of land resource sustainable utilization in fact reflects the sustainable development of a region, just like many works about evaluation of land resource sustainable utilization having been done before. |
