| 摘 要： | 教学质量是高等学校发展的根本，也是高等学校发展的重要课题。构建高等学校教学质量保障体制是一个非常重要而又现实的问题。本文在宏观上分析了影响高校教学质量的内部和外部因素，提出了高校教学质量保障体制构建的几点想法。

| Abstract: | The quality of education in institutions of higher learning is of fundamental importance to their further development and thus has become a. significant subject for research in universities and colleges. The development of a guarantee system for better teaching and learning is an indispensable and practical part. In this paper, a macroscopic view is taken in analyzing the internal and external factors which may affect the quality of university education, and several suggestions are put forward on the establishment of the guarantee system. |
