1SMX-2.4型拾膜机的研究

摘    要:利用Auto CAD软件精确绘出悬挂式农机具的瞬时回转中心和集膜箱的各运动副具体位置及结构尺寸,确定各铰链点的相对位置.该拾膜机的集膜箱采用靠重力卸膜的自卸式箱体,从而解决卸膜难、费时间的问题.同时还改进1SMX-2.4型拾膜机的结构设计,应用于农业生产,保护农田,提高农业生产率.

Abstract:Planed the instantaneous revolution center of suspending farming machine and concrete position of all kinematic pair and structure dimension of collecting film box applying Auto CAD and exactly confirms the relative position of all hinge points. The collecting film box adopts unloading box by gravity of itself and solves problems, as unloading film which is hard and time-consuming. At the same time,the structure design of collecting film machine of type 1SMX--2.4 was optimized and applies the machine to agricuhural production, farm protection and productivity improvement.
