| 摘 要： | 为应对能源多样化的需求,电动汽车的研发得到了长足的发展。能方便地进行充电是电动汽车必备的功能,而在车身上设计出合理的充电结构是实现充电功能的必要条件。从充电插座布置,充电口座强度,焊接及装配等要求方面着手,通过电动汽车充电口座的设计,总结归纳了电动汽车充电口座的设计要点,及各环节需考虑的重要因素。希望对今后电动汽车充电口座的设计能有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The significant development of an electric car has been made to meet the demand of energy diversification.It is a necessary function to easily charge the electric car.Also,it is a prerequisite to design a reasonable charging structure on the car body to achieve the charging function.The key design points and relevant important factors are summarized in terms of charging layout,charging seat strength,welding and assembly as well as design of charging seat.It is hoped that this would be helpful to the charging seat design of electric car in the future. |
