城乡一体化下视角下我国农村发展面临的问题及对策

农村发展,从城乡关系的角度看,其方向是城乡一体化,表现为城乡之间的劳动力、技术、资金及各种资源等生产要素进行合理的流动与整合,充分发挥城市与乡村各自的优势,使两者之间相互依存、相互促进,进而成为经济、社会及文化相互融合的统—体。本文从世界农村与城乡关系发展趋势及我国农村发展与城乡关系的演变出发,以青岛市为例,分析了城乡一体化发展对我国农村发展的意义及启示。

Issues and Policies on Rural Development:From an Perspective of Urban-Rural Integration

From the perspective of the relationship between urban and rural area,the direction of rural development should be the integration of rural and urban area. To be specific,we should make production factors transfer reasonably. These production factors include labor,technology,capital and other kinds of resources. We should give full play to the advantages of cities and rural areas respectively so that they can depend on each other,heal each other and then the dual economy could be integrated into a entia not only in economy and society but also in culture. In this paper,we start from the trend of rural area and the relationship between cities and rural areas not only in Chinese vision but also in world vision. The Qingdao city was taken as a case to study. We analyzed the significance and implications of the integration of rural and urban areas for our rural area development.
