黑木耳液体发酵产胞外多糖条件的研究

摘    要:目的]研究黑木耳液体发酵产胞外多糖的条件。方法]利用单因素试验,研究碳源、氮源、无机盐、培养温度、初始pH、接种量、发酵时间等对黑木耳液体发酵产胞外多糖产量的影响。结果]适宜的发酵培养基为:葡萄糖4%、豆饼粉0.7%、KH2PO40.4%、MgSO4·7H2O 0.5%、CaCO30.3%、棉籽壳粉1%;适宜的发酵条件为:培养基初始pH 6.0、温度28℃、接种量10%(V/V)、装液量90 ml(250 ml三角瓶)、发酵时间6 d,在此条件下胞外多糖产量可达4.835 g/L。结论]该研究为黑木耳胞外多糖的工业化生产提供了必要的理论基础。

Study on Fermentation Conditions of Extracellular Polysaccharide in Fermentation Broth of Auricularia auricula

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to study the fermentation conditions of extraeellular polysaceharide in fermentation broth of Aurtcularta auricula. Method ] The effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salt, culture temperature, initial pH, inoculation volume and fer- roentation time on the extracellular polysaccharide production of A. auricula in fermentation broth were studied by the single factor experi-ments. Result] The suitable fermentation medium was: glucose 4% , soybean cake powder 0.7% , KH2PQ 0.4% , MgSO4 · 7H20 0.5% , CaCO3 0.3%, cottonseed shell powder 1% ; the suitable fermentation conditions were : initial pH 6.0, tmnperature 28 ℃, inoculation volume 10% ( V/V), volume of liquid 90 ml (250 ml triangular flask), fermentation time 6 days, and the yield of exopolysaccharide was up to 4. 835 g/L under this conditions. Conclusion] The study provided necessary theory basis for the industrial production of extracellular polysaccharide of A. auricula.
