不同油葵品种种子萌发期的耐盐性研究

摘    要:
在不同NaC1浓度(0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2、0.25、0.3、0.35 mol/L)处理下,测算8个品种油葵种子的发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、相对胚芽长度.用耐盐浓度、耐盐半致死浓度、耐盐极限浓度进行耐盐性分析,并采用模糊数学隶属函数法进行综合评价.在盐胁迫下,总体趋势是随盐浓度的增加,各品种油葵种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和胚根长度均呈下降趋势,不同品种对盐胁迫的反应不同.结果表明:油葵具有较强的耐盐性,8个品种的油葵耐盐性强弱的排列顺序:567DW>658>瑞特姆>新葵杂4号>欧洲油葵>F53油葵>F57油葵>条山.研究8个油葵品种种子萌芽期耐盐性,为选育优良抗盐品种提供理论依据.

Abstract:
