| 摘 要： | 以矮牵牛的叶片、茎段为外植体进行组织培养。结果表明 :叶和茎段可诱导形成愈伤组织。经试验筛选出各培养阶段最适宜的培养基为 :(1)愈伤组织诱导 ,1/ 2ms + 6 -BA 1mg/L +IBA0 .0 2mg/L +琼脂 8g/L (2 )增殖培养 ,ms+ 6 -BA 1mg/L +IBA 0 .2mg/L +琼脂 8g/L (3)生根培养 ,1/ 2ms+IBA 0 .5mg/L +琼脂 8g/L。

| Abstract: | The leaves and stem segments of common petunia as the explants were cultured.The results indicated that the leaves and stem segments could induce callus.The most appropricate media in culture stages were:(1)1/2ms 6-BA 1mg/L IBA 0.02mg/L for the formation of callus;(2)ms 6-BA 1mg/L IBA 0.2mg/L for the differentiation of buds (3)1/2ms IBA 0.5mg/L for rooting. |
