| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛主席在2005年联合国大会上向全世界发出了共同构建和谐世界的庄严号召和价值承诺。传统和非传统安全问题和南北差距的扩大是制约和谐世界构建的重大障碍。我国应通过加大传播力度,找准与世界各国尤其是西方大国价值观的共鸣点和全面推进自身的和谐社会的构建来推动和谐世界的发展。
